How do you monitor your staff in today’s world?

Work for an organisation that values you as a human being and not as another unit in the process chain. Organisations need to realize that if people fear using their computers or fear being tracked the productivity will be lower than you think. With fear you get people trying to cover their footsteps.     What’s missing with Productivity?

    Most problems with productivity today is because there are a few key issues (at least in my experience). These are:
    • If your organization portrays to be flexible, but the people complain day in and out about Change Request, how cumbersome the applications they work on are then don't put in an inflexible IT system and/or IT process. As having a non flexible IT process or system does not make you flexible.
