YouTube allows publishers to invite others to annotate their videos

YouTube has introduced a new feature for publishers to invite others to annotate their videos. People can now send a special link to their friends so that friends can easily add their own comments to videos. YouTube’s editor now has a link that you can share with your friends – or the to the world. You need to be logged in to YouTube to add annotations.
