A visual web-based application editor that allowed users to develop enterprise applications, has closed its doors. The company attributes its closing to the dire economic situation, and says that users will be able to access and download their data through April 30, 2009.
CEO Paul McNamara, who informed Techcrunch that software giant SAP, previously had invested in the company, and has now acquired Coghead’s intellectual property assets. Source Tech Crunch
